Our story
Built around the trees that were already here
Twiga Park Resort began as a family homestead on the road between Kisii and Kisumu. Instead of clearing the land, the first cottages were laid out between the existing trees — which is why every room today looks out onto something green.
Over the years the homestead grew into a full resort: garden rooms and honeymoon cottages, a charcoal grill terrace, two conference halls, a swimming pool and lawns that have hosted hundreds of weddings.
What has not changed is the pace. Breakfast takes as long as it takes. Staff know returning guests by name. And the highland air still does most of the work.
